Christopher Rossiter is Chief Executive of Driver Youth Trust – a national charity committed to improving the outcomes of young people who struggle with literacy. Christopher joined DYT in 2013 and has developed the charity from its grant-making roots to an organisation that is recognised as a key influencer on educational practice and policy.
He originally trained as an Organisational Psychologist and has worked as consultant on a wide range of projects involving organisational change and design, training and development and employee relations. These insights have been key to the success of DYT across it educational practice, policy and research activities.
Christopher is Non-Executive Director of Multi-Academy Trust, Astrea, and Chair of Governors of Oaklands Infant School in Berkshire.
