Recently named as one the top 25 innovators and influencers in UK independent education, Sarah has been developing and promoting wellbeing in education for the best part of a decade. A big supporter of ‘the whole school approach’, her work at Caterham School centres around proactive pastoral care, underpinned by a strong wellbeing curriculum and complimented by a focus on staff wellbeing and engaging parents. Her current school has pupils 1500 pupils from 3-18, around 20% of whom are international boarders and she’s also a governor at a local primary school.
