The show’s content will be available to re-watch from 1pm on Thursday 26th November until Friday 25th December.
If you have already registered for the show, you can simply login to our online platform here to access the content.
If you have not registered for the show, you can still register your place here.

I haven’t received an email with the login link+
The emails for the event platform come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please start by checking your inbox, Junk Mail and Other / Focused inbox for this email address.
If you still can’t find anything then please follow this link to our online platform and enter the email address you registered onto the show with. You should then receive an email from Swapcard, click the ‘Let’s Get Started’ button and you will be prompted to create a password.

I get the error message “Unsupported Browser”+
The event platform works best in Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers but some organisations use Internet Explorer or similar as by default.
If you have Chrome or Firefox installed on your laptop please start by opening one of them. Then, instead of clicking the link in the email you’ve received from us, right click it and go to ‘Copy Hyperlink’. Paste this link into the web address bar at the top of Chrome / Firefox.

I can’t access Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on my work laptop+
We understand that some organisations don’t allow access to these browsers and prefer to use Internet Explorer by default. In this case the best option would be to access the platform on a personal device if possible – this can be a mobile phone, a tablet or a laptop.
You still log in using your work email address, but from a home device that does allow one of these two internet browsers.
What is the Schools & Academies Show doing in relation to COVID-19?+
Due to the restrictions and general uncertainty following regional lockdowns, the Schools & Academies Show Birmingham 2020 will take place online. Plus, to provide all stakeholders with more time to access the exceptional content, leading suppliers and hear from the pioneering speakers at the show, we will be extending the length of the event to Tuesday 17th September – Friday 20th September (originally 18th & 19th November).

Who can attend? +
Registering and visiting the show is completely free for Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector. If you are a private sector organisation then you can apply to attend through the registration form, however, private sector tickets are limited and allocated two weeks out from the event.
How can I register a group? +
To register a group of 8 or more for the show, please email us the following information. Otherwise for groups of 2 – 7, you can register online through the ‘register a colleague’ function:
- Organisation name
- Full names of the registrants
- Job titles of the registrants

Does it cost for me to register as a visitor to the show?+
This is a free to attend show for Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector. There are a limited number of private sector places at the show available on a first come first served basis and you can apply for a private sector place by contacting David.Hickey@govnet.co.uk.
How do I obtain a badge if I work in the private sector?+
The Schools & Academies Show primarily serves the public sector. Please fill out the online registration form to apply for a pass. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email informing you that a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided within the next 48 hours if your application has been successful. Alternatively, a member of the team will be in touch.
