EXHIBITOR COMPETITION T&Cs

Below are the full Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the various competitions we are running for exhibitors to promote their involvement in the upcoming SAASHOW. Please familiarise yourself with these beforehand and get in touch via email if you have any questions.

SAAS Goodie Bag Competition:

• The competition will close at 23.59 hrs on Friday 18th October 2024 to ensure we have time to co-ordinate the prizes.

• You’ll be able to include prizes, goodies and leaflets to promote your services, products and solutions and let visitors know where to connect with you on the day. We kindly request no alcohol as prizes for the goodie bags from exhibitors.

• All exhibitors will be required to send their promotional products directly to the GovNet offices or NEC. Exact timings and dates to be co-ordinated between both parties at a later date.

Exhibitor Registration Competition:

• The competition will close at 23.59 hrs on Tuesday 19th November 2024.

• The competition will be judged on the exact number of registrations received via the unique tracking links sent to exhibitors only.

• The discount code can only be redeemed on a new booking with the Schools & Academies Show and can not be used against existing bookings.

• The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone call after the show takes place with written details on how to claim the discount and the next steps.

• The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• The competition winners agree that GovNet Communications, their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors and prize providers shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner at our absolute discretion.
