BOOKING

  • Please note the show takes place LIVE twice a year; at the ExCeL, London in May and the NEC, Birmingham in November. Our content will not be available in a virtual format. We do record some sessions which take place at the show and release them post event to the SAAS Community.

  • Yes, registration is now live! You can secure your ticket to join us at the NEC, Birmingham on 20th November here.

  • Once you have registered, simply download the GovNet App so you can log in and click ‘My Badge’ to access your unique QR code. You can then use this to print your badge at the show entrance.

    If you do not have the app and QR code available when arriving, then you can go straight to our enquiries desk at the entrance to the show and we will print your badge for you.

  • The Schools & Academies Show primarily serves the public sector. If you are representing a private sector organisation, the cost to attend is £699 + VAT per delegate. Please note private sector visitors will have limited access to our ConnectEd Platform with no networking permissions.

    We also recommend exhibiting or sponsoring. You can enquire about sponsorship opportunities here and a member of our team will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.

TICKET INFORMATION

  • The show is free-to-attend for ALL Schools (including Independent Schools), Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Local and Central Government and the wider public sector.

    Please note private organisations do not qualify for a free pass and free tickets purchased by private organisations will be invalidated by our team.

  • Private sector tickets are available for £699 + VAT. This includes access to the exhibition, all content theatres and show features (excluding the ConnectEd Lounge) as well as restricted access to our exclusive ConnectEd Platform, with no networking permissions.

  • Once you have registered, you’ll be invited to join our pre-event networking platform, ConnectEd.

CPD

  • In total, we offer over 30 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres during the 1-day event.

    You will be scanned on entry to the sessions that you attend so that we can track the number of CPD points you have collected during your visit. Unless you can be in two theatres at once, we would estimate a maximum of 7 CPD points for attending the event.

    It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and are grateful for your patience.

LOCATION, VENUE & PARKING

  • The NEC, Birmingham is incredibly easy to access through a variety of travel options. Click here for more travel information.

  • Yes, there are multiple catering points inside the hall along with eateries within the NEC. You can find out more here.

    A variety of our exhibitors provide snacks and goodies from their stands and we also have a Networking Area which will provide sandwiches and refreshments.

  • We provide a free cloakroom for all attendees. The Cloakroom will open 30 minutes prior to the event opening and close when the event finishes.

  • At the NEC, they provide free visitor wi-fi. No code required is required simply just search for their network and follow the steps on screen.

    NEC Free Wi-Fi is ideal for browsing the web, checking emails or using social networks.

  • The NEC is clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 – just pop B40 1NT in your Sat Nav to the NEC Site. Once you arrive on site please ignore the Sat Nav and simply follow the digital screens for directions to the car parks. For more information, click here.

    You can also enjoy free parking on us! Simply use your visitor badge when leaving the car park and your fee will be paid by the show!
